Autists/retards, if you ever wished you could pay for items just by being yourself. Now you can.
Contactless payments. Just like your contactless sex life.
in what stadium of being a pretentious autist do you have to be to make a fuss of such things?

I'd rather there was some faster way than signing all my Amex purchases.
Inserting/Sliding the card takes the least time.

Hey Everyone.
I just received this system, an Akai AM-U02 Amplifier from a friend who had it in his garage for years. Tried to set it up today, but I'm running into difficulties. I've tried plugging two turntables into the amp, one with a built-in pre-amp and one without. I have gotten sound out of the system when I plug the RCA into the MAIN IN, but absolutely no sound when I try AUX, TUNER, and PHONO. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what, but I'd really love some help.
>>56985173
you now know why it's been in a garage for years. it just isn't working. the pre-amped turntable is somehow able to push some signal through an otherwise non-functional unit.
>>56985173
Lucky you. Now you have a winter project. Fix it.
I love Akai gear of this era, just looks so clean.
That said, the pieces I have (tape decks) always have shitty knobs that are gummed up with who-knows-what. Try tracing the one for that input select and make sure the signal path isn't going through the switch, or if it is, clean the switch.

I know the general consensus among /g/ on Windows 10 is that it's a piece of shit botnet; however what would you say is the general consensus on it among normies? After all, they are Pajeetsoft's target market, it's not like the company cares about a bunch of neckbeard autists like us.

Well, your problem is solved then.
I've gotten the application to load (game on Facebook) yet.. It shows the loading screen, then goes to a black screen.
I'm thinking about buying the Xiaomi mi5. I see more people on here recommend the redmi phones, but honestly, they don't look as nice as the mi5.
Is there any major faults with it? Why isn't it as popular on /g/?
No keyboard.
>>56985093
I'd guess because the Redmi Note 3 Pro is cheaper and better in price/performance ratio, and because of the lack of a microSD slot which is a deal breaker for me.

Has anyone bought this thing?
For some strange reason I am attracted to it, not enough to buy tho

What's the point of lossless music when all sound is noisy? You can tune an instrument all you want, but it will never be a perfect sine wave at a single frequency. Not to mention there will obviously be noise in recording equipment as well.
>>56984680
this is not about noise but about compression
>>56984680
t.
someone who has never listened to lossless surround sound music.
>>56984680
lossless music is about getting a 100% identical duplicate of what was on the original retail audio CD. The quality of the music is another story.
there is absolutely zero need for lossy audio in 2016.
What language is good as a first language? Why?
What was yours?
My first was BASIC, and I was taught Pascal in school.
>drop out of high school
>worm myself into programming courses on a community college as a last measure of getting my shit straight
>they're teaching VB6 as the introduction language
>immediately drop out
>year of being a NEET later

>get a full-blown diagnosis
>welfare up the rectum

Oh, and Python is pretty much the go-to language for beginners.
Pascal or Python, because they're the easiest to teach/learn.
I would go with C next.
PHP. Alright, I'm out of here. Have fun.
What are some /g/ books?

When you launch the app, it starts in /g/. I used to like /g/ but it is now a shitty board where losers talk about consumer electronics instead of actual technology.
