about 1 and a half months into Jason Blaha's Ice Cream Fitness and it's going great, but I'm wondering - I constantly see people doing different, much more isolated lifts. I've added some to my workout routine, and I do them in addition to cardio on days where I'm not doing ICF, but I'm not sure if I have a total set of workouts, or if I'm doing too much?
Basically, I'm doing ICF and adding:
-Sitting Rows
-Chest presses
-Cable Rear Pulls
-Plate Raises
also, sometimes I'm doing tricep and dumbbell extensions on days where I don't do the main 5x5s.
I don't mind spending more time in the gym, I just want to get that full-body workout. What should I be adding?

I wouldn't add anything to icf. Its already one of the more intensive full body routines. Just keep it simple and follow the routine,If u try to change things up u might hinder progress and recovery

here is the icf routine. it already has a bunch of accesories plus the 5x5 compound lifts
