does anyone have any cutting advice. Been lifting for 2 years and have built a solid foundation but don't look as good as I can cause im phat. Any advice is appreciated.

thats good OP, I am cutting from 20% to 15% by eating at my maintenance because I want to be built fat while still getting rid of my double chin
