A friend asked me to sign up yoga classes with him.(starts beginning of October) and I have no idea what it entails. (I go to gym every second day)
How do you incorporate a yoga session in your training plan?

It's good for recovery days, improving flexibility, maybe getting mires, so if you go to lift every second day, you can do
Lift/Yoga/Lift/Yoga/etc.
