Who else enjoys working out stoned? Does anyone know the benefits or disadvantage of weed in regards to gains? Can anyone explain the hulk like strength you feel working out stoned?
My friends and I work out like this everyday, never found a more reward routine than to smoke a fatty and lift some weights.

I know, they're 90% shit. And I don't mean in a robot way, I mean in a "why don't you have any genuine interests or personality" kinda way.
desu I didn't meet a woman I actually loved being with other than sex until I was fuckin' 27.
I do want a girlfriend. However the only women who seem to hold the same values and mindset as me are found in churches. For a while I was convinced that I had social problems.because I didnt know how to communicate with them. Then I started to realize most of them have nothing to talk about outside of what they see on their phones.
Do you have any advice? I feel very alone in my thinking.

Here's one of my favorite meals: The Egg n' Cheese Sandwich
Here's what you need:
>3/4 cup Egg Beaters
>2 slices Killer Dave's 21 Grain Bread
>1 slice Low-Fat Jarlsburg Swiss Cheese
>Handful of Spinach
>Tabasco Sauce
To make, scramble the Egg Beaters until cooked to omelette-consistency and toast bread until crispy and slightly brown. Put around half of the egg beaters into each bread slice, apply tabasco sauce and spinach on top. Afterwards, put swiss cheese on top of sandwich contents, fold bread, and microwave for 30 seconds to let the cheese melt. Enjoy with a cup of milk.
And nutrition-wise? Hella based:

>48 g carbs
>6.5 g fat (1.5 saturated)
Any cheese can be used. I use Havarti, but Laughing Cow, swiss, or anything else can be used.

multivitamins, fish oil, and some other supps are pretty good.
they won't specifically increase muscle size or power, but are very beneficial for overall health.
of course, if you consistently eat a perfect diet that provides you with enough of ALL the micronutrients that exist, they won't do anything. but very few people manage to do that.
Anyone had inguinal hernia surgery? I've got one, it was bulging and painful but the bulge reduced and it doens't really bother me right now, though I've stopped deadlifting. I need to decide if I fix it soon or wait until it's painful.
I'm scared of it bros. Scared of sedation, of the pain, the month at least out of the gym, losing my gains, needing to start over, etc.

I'm new to powerlifting, and want to start getting into it. There is a really cool old-school powerlifting gym in my area, and I was thinking maybe I could train at my local gym most of the time, but head over to the powerlifting club once a week for free coaching and for the community n shit.
The issue is, I am ex-anorexic and generally super weak. If I turned up with these stats as a beginner would I just be wasting the coaches' time?
