You don't need a foam roller, just some flat ground.

You should, foam rolling helps prevent the worst quad, ham, and lower back DOMS, and most importantly: calf DOMS, they are so fucking bad for me normally, but after foam rolling I barely even get them.

Is mixing strenght and hypertrophy training the best option? I'm talking about splits like PPL. Doing Arnold's Golden Six right now, but I'm not sure about the results it will give.

How much is /fit/ eating at the moment?
Macro Targets? Protein to bodyweight ration you're using? Favourite meals/snacks?

Would also be good to have context e.g. your goals (bulk, Clean bulk, cut etc)

Currently 200lb (6ft 3") Trying to slowly recomp (drop some BF (18% ish atm) and slowly gain more muscle) Wont lie, planning out a diet where I'm getting enough protein is the toughest part for me.

Any real world tips for diet beyond the sticky?

This allows you to eat more and get the fullness you want without blowing your diet out of the water.

hey /fit/,
I've been using these caffeine pills (200mg) for lifting, and the first few days I felt like I was on speed. Hyperactive, hyper-awake, super-strong, and all that stuff.
However, after a week of using them almost daily, I started losing the 'high'. I just take them so I can wake up in the morning, and I get to gym and don't feel much more energetic than any other day.

Caffeine works as it binds with receptors for sole sleep chemicals in your brain, so when you're taking them for too long, your brain develops more of those sleep receptors, because it thinks that the caffeine-bind ones are dead. So basically, it just adjusts itself so it can function properly.

Now I'm on detox and I'm fucking tired, sleepy, depressed and don't feel like living. Even having sex without caffeine feels meh.

Should I just boost my daily dose to 2 pills, will the tolerance grow as well?

After a woman that I loved passed away about 6 months ago, I ... collapsed.

I quit going to the gym, started smoking weed everyday again, and would drink anywhere between 6 and 10 beers each night.
I was somehow able to get up and go to work everyday, but only because I drank 2 liters of water before going to bed, and 2 energy drinks upon waking up.

I was miserable... literally shit. On days off, I would try to go back to sleep after waking up because I didn't want to face reality. All I did in that time was play videogames and post here on /fit/. I didn't see a single friend, didn't have sex.

After contemplating suicide, I decided to get my life back together. I've been training at the gym for 2 months now and getting my aesthetics back.
No alcohol for the past 10 days and only a slight desire to drink.
In the process of quitting both weed and cigarettes.

I feel so much better already without the alcohol... godamn, drinking too much is fucking BAD. I can't believe how much it depresses you and lowers your test. I jerked off once a week and that was plenty for me. Didn't care at all to get laid. Alcohol is THE absolute worst gain goblin in my opinion (besides shooting heroin and whatnot).

My natural test level has sky-rocketed since I last drank.
All lifts are up, I think about girls 24/7, I am barely depressed anymore (not at all actually), and I jerk off 2-3 times every single day. I see the light and I'm smiling again IRL.
I feel this urgent need to watch this video numerous times a day, but mostlly replaying 1:00 to 1:05 over and over
