Is it possible to untrain yourself by exercising?
Wtf is going on, I'm a skellington, I do some basic stuff like pushups and dumbell exercises at home, instead of becoming stronger the last few days I struggle more with the same sets I've been doing.
I've not been eating less, I've actually been eating more these days, I don't feel any pain in my muscles either.

Well what are your workouts like?
What's your week-week schedule? What kinds of exercises? How many reps and sets? Do you take long pauses in between sets? How are you performing the exercises?
What are you eating more of exactly, and how much more?
There's a lot to consider.

Femanon here, 170cm/70kg. Sounds bad, right. (Cup size B, pants size 28'.)

Been lifting for several years. I lift 5-6 times a week, do HIIT 2-3x a week as well.

For some reason cutting is hard as fuck. I got a fair share of muscles, I'm not literally fat or got a big tummy or anything, but sure I could cut some. But despite all the activities and cutting calories to 1000-1200kcal, absolutely nothing happens. Tried that for 2 months and ended up losing 200g. Decided to stop stressing about it, ate pretty much what I liked (normal food, I eat fasthood or candy relatively rarely.) and I was certain than I must have gained, after all I ate a lot more than during my dieting time. Result = hadn't gain any weight. Once I spent 3 week on a holiday, hit the gym maybe 4 times in total and eat a lot - didn't gain weight at all.

I don't understand. I know how diet works, I don't drink soda, juice or use any dressings which would explain me getting extra calories. How much do I actually have to cut my calories in order to actually lose some weight? (65kg would be just fine.) How come my weight just gets stuck with 70kg? Really hard to gain weight, hard to lose too.

there are also some changeable factors that come into play when you make dietary changes like water weight, glycogen, etc.

Cutting too hard will ultimately lower your BMR, making it harder to lose weight. It's also very possible that you're counting wrong, we've all done it.

Try for a deficit of 3500 a week and see if the needle moves after a couple weeks.

Seriously, I need help regarding this.

I know there are genes that dictate your weight, but even then, i'm 120lbs dry at 5'11. I look like utter shit, no muscle mass whatsoever.

So I was running, and stepped into a hole, my feet hurts a lot every time I make a step.

Thing is I'm cutting and I need cardio. The pain is bareable at the beginning but then it's awful, it's been 4 days since it happenned.

What can I take/use to train? I don't want to rest.

Fit, I need to get as lean as possible in 5 days. Would it be safe to go on a 5 day fast. My bmr is 2400 so I would burn around 12,400 calories over the 5 days. That would be around 3 1/2 pounds that I could potentially lose. Would I lose muscle as well?

What is the limit to muscle mass when you run alot.I was wondering how much you can run before it will undoubtedly affect your physique despite the amount of calories you eat.
I mean scooby claims natty while doing things like double century.From his site

I'm doing SL 5x5.

Can I do arm, chest and back on rest days in addition to following the original program? I feel like these areas aren't getting enough compared to legs. Should I just do BB rows, BP, and OHP?

if you're in the early stages of the program you won't have much trouble. the program starts easy, then gets progressively harder until it eventually becomes too much and you stall. the more stupid shit you added to the program, the sooner you'll stall.

Any recommend appetite suppressants, /fit/? I've been training for about 3 months now, and I eat clean, the problem is I work in a kitchen and hunger flares up pretty frequently, and I very gradually overeat over the course of 8 hours.

Would like to avoid anything with stimulants in it, unless it's something I'd only take once, in the morning. Hoodia did absolutely nothing.

Eat a lot of veggies, salads, dietary fibers (e.g. don't trim the cellulose out of your steamed broccoli) and drink a lot.
There are some dietary fibers integrators/supplements, but obviously it's better if you just eat your (uncut) veggies.

It depends on your routine, on your goal, on the exercise. Could be 30s, 50s, 70s. Anything more than 70s is not rest time within a the same routine, unless you're doing a circuit. If you wait more than 70s and you're not doing a circuit, you're wasting time and not optimizing gains.

If you're repping close to your max, I would say as long as it takes to no longer be fatigued

If your sets are less than that and you're going for a more volume-intensive workout, I'd say 1.5-3 min, depending on your cardio level
