Would Keto + PPL be the best thing a 25% bodyfat natural lifter who has been lifting for 3+ years? My body doesn't seem to react well to the IIFYM style of dieting even when I'm tracking every gram of protein carbs and fats. I know flexible dieting seems to work for a lot of you guys but I don't think my body likes it when I consume any junk regardless of if it fits my macros and I've got all my protein in.
I've given it enough time. I've been doing flexible dieting the entire time I've been lifting and it just hasn't worked for me in terms of getting lean.
I understand the whole calories in vs calories out and I've thought that way for my entire life but now I'm starting to think the guru fags claiming Keto to be god mode just might be right (at least for someone like me whose body doesn't respond well to even small amounts of refined sugars even when in small dosages being fit into overall macronutrient goals)

I guess it depends on the area. Here in nh the Manchester gym is pretty decent. 2 power racks, 2 bench racks, plenty of oly and diddly bars. My friend lifts there too, he currently holds the state record for squat and deadlift in his division I think. However I heard the one in goffstown is absolute shit because its in the sticks and its pretty much all old people.
tl; dr friend squats over 6 plates and dl 715lbs(can't remember bench), works out at y exclusively

FIT WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH ME? Been bulking for three months at 2700 calories, clean bulk consisting of a lot of rice, chicken, and protein shakes. I'm 5'10". I have made decent gains but my lifts just aren't progressing anymore, I cant even fucking bench one plate and can barely squat a plate. And I've just gotten fucking fat, i look like absolute shit, i went from skinny 138 to skinnyfat 154 with love handles and a stomach. I hit my diet goals eevry day and lift 5 days a week. What the fuck is the deal? I want to be able to lift as much as even an average guy but I haven't even gotten there, but I cant keep bulking if it means I'm just going to be a fat fuck. I went to the doctors and my T levels are fine. My motivation is completely gone, like 100% all i want to do is lose this weight now. Fuck this.

Maybe try dropping down to 2200 or 2400 calories. Seems like you're eating well above TDEE if you put on that much weight that fast.
