I run like 35-45 miles a week and always have to poop. Any ideas on what I should eat? Or how I should change my poop schedule?

Hey /fit/,

I came here a few months ago to ask for advice and I have been following it but lately I've been seeing a lot of people saying "SS + GOMAD" as a joke.

I know I sound new as fuck but what is that joke? Are they bad programs? I feel like they've been helping me.

I don't know if that joke is that they are bad so it's ironic or if people say it because that's what they tell every new person to do.

Either your bench form is absolutely atrocious, or you are push pressing your OHP. Also your dl to squat ratio is fucked, either you half squat or have terrible dl for. BTW doing SS then PPL for 15 months combined should have netted you much much better numbers on all your lifts, especially deadlifts and bench. I'm not trying to bring you down, you need to hear this to fix your shit up.
