I am reading through the paste bin on both Starett's and a few other's tutorials on the power clean.

Other than some drills such as hip cleaning, cleaning light to work on technique, and going from different starting positions, are there things that can be done for drills?

She's obsessed with diet, supplementation and skincare and within a few weeks of dating bought me a shit load of products she selected specifically for me and pretty much forced me to start using them. I resisted at first because I'm gonna be honest I always thought this kind of stuff was for women but fuck me she's changed my life and I look and feel a whole lot better for it. My acne is just gone, my skin is smooth and dewy, my hair's shiny, eyes bright, fingernails are no longer brittle and breaking the way they used to.

you should always be doing cardio whether you are bulking cutting or maintaining. Just factor it into your calorie count.

Benefits are better heart. You will have more stamina for shit and it works out your body in ways lifting doesnt. You dont have to go overboard with it and run a half marathon everyday, but even 1 mile 3 times a week is better than nothing.

Start with low doses and work your way up, you'll be okay. Just remember, it works for a really long time (most of the day), so fucking up and taking too much is gonna give you hell for well over 10 hours.

Long term its best to go for volume, in the 5-8 rep range x 3 to 5 sets.

Building muscle is all about volume, which you don't get with one or two reps.

But if you are trying to be a fat powerlifter then yes 1 rep maxes are how you increase overall strength, at the sacrifice of aesthetics.

I've got athsma and I've had it my whole life. I've also spent the better part of 3 years climbing out of the skelly hole and recently I did some research. Looks like clenbuterol and albuterol are pretty closely chemically related, and both can inhibit weight (especially fat) gain.

Initially I figured I was just a skelly faggot that couldn't count calories and I wasn't really eating enough, so I decided to get really diligent about it. I plan all my meals and when I go out to restaurants I always eat more than I had planned for that meal.

I make 2 shakes per day, each 650 calories, and I eat two additional meals of 800 kcal a piece. That puts my total at 2900 kcal, 500 above my TDEE. I'm 5'11", and I've been 155 lbs for 3 years. I've gone from skinnyfat to very well built, but I don't gain weight. 500 cal surplus over 2 years and not a budge in weight.

Does anyone have any reading or anything on this? Any other asthma bros that can corroborate?
