Usually they're accessory lifts and the amount of reps is "to failure" so after you're done with lifting you should to try like hell to get one pull up and then try again as each new "set". Cmon son.

There seems to be no equality in Genetics. Nature is not fair. Some Lions impregnate 100's of Lionesses, securing their genes as long as the species itself lasts. Others gets ripped apart as cubs by the Lion who just killed their Dad. Mother Nature is a Cunt.

Somewhere there had to be a Super Specimen, a guy who Hitler would have had a man crush on. That guy, who has every genetic trait you could ask for.

If there was any equality in Nature, nobody could get away with asking for:

Naturally Muscular, without even having to lift, just doing calisthenics and lots of endurance training like a Basketball player.

Naturally good muscle shaped and insertions, naturally good calves.

Model tier facial aesthetics, looks like from planet Krypton.

Naturally Low bodyfat%, easy to maintain definition.

Would it be asking too much to also be 7'2" (218cm) ?

Since we cannot all have these kinds of Genetics, and that would be winning the WOLRD wide lottery on DNA, What would you do with these Genetics fit?

If you were reborn with similar, would you Bodybuild for Aesthetics? MMA? Strongman? Or just Basketball like this guys did?

Only at high doses, above 50mg. Somewhere around 100mg to 150mg will do the trick, but it will fuck you up if you take it for too long. Try vitamin d and fish oil.

Has anyone had any experiences with nootropics? I bought Swanson ashwagandha extract and they dont seem to do shit for me. I recently bought phenibut and just took 500mg so if this thread is alive for the next 5 hours or so i can post my experience with it.

Usually have to take about 500mg worth for it to work. Whats the Withanolides percentage on your ash? For me it really lowered (perceived) anxiety and loosened me up as person overall (singingly loudly in the car, will actually dance even though I can't at all just because it feels fun). Can't tell if it's a placebo though. Just about to finish a bottle so I might be able to tell then.

I don't drink coffee either, but I take caffeine tablets - super cheap and none of those bullshit calories.

If you're lucky, some other guys from here will post their stories on phenibut. They vary dramatically.

So first time /fit/ poster here. (inb4 first time poster = shit poster)

I read the sticky and all, but I am wondering if there is a way to gain a bit of muscle by not doing weightlifting but like pull ups and pull ups or something exclusively or stuff you can find outside the gym.

The process doesn't need to be efficient or fast, I just wanna know.
