I've had a pinched nerve in my neck for about 3 weeks. It runs down through my shoulder into my arm where I feel pain close around my elbow area. It then runs down into my hand leaving my index finger and thumb tingling and numb-like.

I tried rolling my back out with a lacrosse a ball to un-pinch the nerve but it just made things worse.

Have you guys had a similar situation? Do you have any solutions?

Same issue for several years now, seen chiros, gotten MRI opted out to getting epidural no relief in sight heat and stretching give some relief. Also traveled to LA and tried to get a jimmy bluff massage but he had no spots open

Old thread reached limit, new one here. Discuss oat methods and strategy.

I currently eat oat for all 3 meals. Boiled in water. I sometimes add lean protein such as 3 ounces of chicken or tuna.

The only problems now are dizziness/light headed when I stand sometimes, and I only poop maybe every 3 days. I also fear oat bloat since it can be deadly but so far no symptoms.

Post oat regimes here for motivation.

Why is it that the media collectively pretends Hollywood actors don't roid?

This is something you NEVER see brought up in the mainstream, despite the fact that it's the only explanation for most of these transformations.

I think part of the problem is these guys get "natty" physiques using steroids so most people don't think anything of it. Most of the public is just completely illiterate when it comes to the amount of work involved in becoming a big guy.

Is there any field where the public respects the hard work people put in? Science is scoffed at and dismissed with anecdotes. Big guys are assumed to just be blasting 2g and only working arms. Because they don't test for it and therefore its just their word vs someone elses word. Its not like in a sport where there is some testing for it because of the competitive advantages it may or may not give you.

The media also pretends that half of these "stars" aren't just coked up whores, until one of them does something that can't be swept under the rug and then its good ole pretend rehab time.

In the end though, part of it is exactly what you said. To the average movie goer the natural body in your picture is way better then the roided out one. And all they do is get to that level with them.

Many people will take shortcuts, look at Zyzz and he is reaching mythical folklore status on here but everybody knows he roided.

Sick of seeing Claviclettes at the gym, trying to built up their delts to compensate for the narrow womanly/effeminate look.

They will never make it.

If you're not naturally wide, it isn't gonna happen. You can only excentuate what already there.

NOTHING worse than being a Claviclette.

Even micro-penis could only hamper you at the finish line. Plenty of bishes will still fvck you because its rude to turn a guy down at that point - although humiliating those times they do turn you down - you still sometimes get laid.

With narrow weak clavicles you simple do not have the upper body strength of a real man. no woman will ever put themselves in a situation with you where sex might happen.

You need your shoulder sockets to be as FAR away from your center of gravity as possible to gain ideal pressing power. Its physics.

I feel bad for the guys who have this, but please fellas, if you give up you would be so much happier. Just enjoy hedonistic pleasures and move to a country who prostitution is legal, and where you never have to fight and defend yourself in front of a real man (one with wider collar bones).

Last year I weighed 300 pounds, I started strength lifting everyday, but not dieting at all. I'm now 240 pounds (btw 6'0). Am I still a fatass? Do I have to diet to lose any more weight than this? I seem to have stopped losing. Pic related
