/fit/ is there a workout to kill the inner sperglord?

How do you react to girls grabbing and touching you when clubbing/dancing?

She was obviously into me touching my chest and getting very close but as a former sperglord who recently made nice gains I still have a hard time to react accordingly, especially since I dropped alcohol I'm too passive and hesitant in these situations.

And the attention span of these drunk sloots is so short that you have to react immediately...

Yeah thats a problem. I just go for it when I had a couple of drinks and it worked out in the past.

This. I have one Indian roommate who is chill as hell and is awesome to be around. He actually lifts in lifting clothes and is funny as shit. The problem is we just got a new Indian roommate who is autistic as fuck and he wears merrell (spell check on that) shoes with everything. He thought a rabbit could live without its head. He's a fuck.

How do I lose fat without wanting to kill myself?

Yes i've read the sticky, yes I know its just cals in/cals out.

But generally, I'm just asking. How do you permanently get over shitty habits you've had your whole life?

I can stay strong for 5 days max eating meat/veges/ and a few measured complex carbs while working out. But then I always go back to fatland.

I stay strong all day, but if I work late then Ill be starving after and eat some shitty gas station food on the way home. that fucks me up. I guess i need to make meals and carry them with me. Nighttime is the worst time.

Reward yourself for good choices if you have the means. Hit one week on a diet, get yourself something (not food) that's you've wanted, such as a new wallet or a really good water bottle. Hit two weeks, up it a bit, and maybe get a new shirt or new shoes. Hit a month, get a new blender. As a species, we like rewards and while diet is more of a long-term thing, these little rewards in between could keep you going.

The other thread died too quickly and I still have questions.

Was thinking of doing:

That way DL and Squat are separated by a day. Would do another leg day but I'm a lanklet that needs to focus on upper body.

Do you do PPL? What variation do you do?

I aggrivated my quad tendon and just got afraid to do a lot of leg work since it hurt for a long time.

I would recommend you eat 1600 cals but make sure you do 400 worth of cardio then starve all day and pretend to eat food avoid diet pop and drink fuck tons of black coffee

I eat a ton of fresh produce, quinoa, olive oil, whole grain bread and fresh meat, eggs and milk. I'll hit up an Indian restaurant about once a week but the rest I cook myself.

But I know why. I fucked around and ate like shit half the time in my first few years.

Now I've got my diet on point for the last few weeks and I am already started to making pretty drastic changes. I guess I need to actually track my calories & macros. The "eating whatever I want" shit wasn't working for getting lean.

Now I've only lost a few pounds but it's really noticeable on my body. Looks like I actually have a decent body under this layers of a 4 year bulk.

I need to drop about 30-35lbs or so. I'll know if I've made it at the end of that.

Not attainable natty.

Calves are not genetic. No muscle is immune to hypertrophy.. Shitty insertions might affect how it looks, but you can still grow it.

Forearm roller is best way to get forearm mass.

Rolling back towards your face for extensors. Rolling to the ground for flexors.

Plate flips, farmer's carry, single-arm dead hangs with flutter kicks, deadlift, reverse curls, reverse wrist curls.

These are the only acceptable forearm exercises in descending order of effectiveness for mass.

I got a cold sore for the first time ever at 28 years old a week and a half ago, I did the whole abreva thing and would pick at the scabs.... I read it was best to pop the ulcers to get the virus out and sterilize it. I did not have a needle so I popped it like a pimple and washed it with hand sanitizer. I also had some odd ingrown hairs there and could not shave so I took a tweezer and pulled out about 10 of them in the area.

I woke up next day and my whole top lip was swollen, The area where the cold sore is fully numb like it has had a novocaine shot feeling to it all day long, that went away after 2 days.

I also then tried to drain it with a sterilized needle and i got the puss out and some blood but not all of it, it then swelled up in a squishy ball which has subsized and new smaller sores have appeared on the outside.

Is this infected? Will it fix it's self if I leave it alone, What can happen if I do not go to doc and get it lanced?

Etc....

I have ceased doing anything to it except ice and epsom salt warm compresses which have made a huge difference, I feel like it's going to just do it's thing and get better as the smaller new cold sore ulcers are going to break open, I have no fever, don't feel ill, hot, or anything.... In fact it does not really hurt even i touch it for the first time ever.

At what weight is it appropriate to start using a lifting belt? I'm a skinny dyel faggot who's only been lifting for a couple months, but I can already feel rounding in my back start to affect my squat (85kg) and deadlift (90kg). Would a belt help me out or would it merely make up for my shit form?

A belt won't automatically fix your form. i didn't get a belt until my dl 1rm was around 405 and i was squatting over 285 for reps, but you can do whatever you want m8.

your back is rounding because your form is shit, and certain muscles are weak. really FOCUS on your form, it should be at the back of your mind at all times until you can lift perfectly without thinking about it.
