Dumbbell or barbell complexes are preferable.

I've been just mindlessly throwing weights around for the longest time, but I'll talk about my form and uneducated lifting on another day.
Usually when i'm using heavier weights, i'll grunt or blow off a bit of steam to get an extra rep or two in, but it seems as family and friends both have called me out on this as annoying, but I genuinely believe that it helps at times. I decided to look up on Google, "making fun of grunting when working out" to see if I could get any results on people who also grunt in the weight room with no intention of showing off male dominance. I guess my question is, am I just crazy, or do some of you older, or maybe even younger, men do this as well? (PS, sorry for the picture of the bananas. I'm a newfag and didn't know how to submit something without a picture)

which part of the bench are you fucking up? The first half or the second half? Do some other chest exercises if first half. if second half, add some tricep isolations.

Been going to marriage counseling with my overweight wife. Disclosed today that I felt our marriage was suffering due to intimacy problems linked to her weight problem. Went on to say that over the last 10 years her effort has been half assed and thats why she never lost an appreciable amount.

Can /fit/ give me some info as to how the leaky barrel analogy doesn't prove calories in and calories out isn't an effective weight loss principal? I want to really embarrass this prick next week. Might even save my marriage.
