Haven't seen one of these threads in a while. How many clones of your current self do you think it would take to beat a fully grown, alpha male chimp in a fight. All of your clones fight at once.

(Protip: if you think it's in the single digits, you need to look up chimp strength. They've been known to get shot/stabbed/hit in the head with heavy objects several times and still tear genitals, limbs, muscles, faces, etc. off)

Quite a big gap between fish and offal, m8.

Liver can be good in a lot of dishes like liver & onions and stews, but most offal requires a lot of prep work to be good.

Fish can be anything from oven-baked salmon with rice/potatoes, a hollandaise sauce and steamed green beans or blanched asparagus to fish & chips or boiled cod with some shitty low-calorie sauce for dat lean protein.

i've heard all the stories of how to lose weight, i've tried a few times, but to no avail.

Teach me /fit/ teach me how. i'm like 330 pounds. How do i lose weight, what do i eat.
I don't even know how to properly feed myself in the morning. All we eat is bread, cheese, peanutbutter and chocolate spread.

So I fucked up my back doing squats with shit form a few weeks back (I'm retarded, I know) so I went to the doctor's about it because my back has been hurting real bad lately. Doctor said I shouldn't lift weights for at least 6 weeks until it's 100% better. What the fuck am I suppose to do for the next 6 weeks guys? Today I tried doing some cycling on the cycling machine but when i finished that I felt stumped as to what to do that didn't involve my back. Every day I wake up I feel slightly more shit from not lifting. Lifting is all I have outside of my shitty retail job, what do /fit/?
