How tight are these tapered sweats suppose to fit?

I have some large legs + bubble glute.

When I wear them, my butt sticks out like i'm J-Lo.

But overall, the quad area is pretty fit, but my problem is my butt is too damn noticeable...

I'm pretty much know as the biggest/strongest guy at my gym.

so today was my back day and I was going heavy on lat pulldowns. I'm using about half the stack just going beastmode and the entire gym is just standing and staring at me. some people are kind of circled around me cheering me on etc....

I get done with my set and drink some of my bcaa's and obviously all the guys are asking me for lifting advice and what my diet is etc...

then this big gorilla looking dude comes over (you could tell he was on steroids b/c his muscles looked unnatural) and tries using the lat pulldown machine, I said 'I don't think so buddy, I got a few more sets left' and he tried getting smart with me and said 'looks like you're just running your mouth, not working out' so I said 'actually I'm giving advice to these guys on how I got such a big back' he said 'oh yeah? and how is that?' and I fired back with 'hard work! course you wouldn't know anything about that. I build my muscles the natural way, I don't just take short cuts like you'

at this point the dude can't even speak and the entire gym started clapping and I popped back on the lat pulldown machine and busted out another set while everyone cheered me on. after that I decided I'd done enough for the day and hurried to the locker room to have a protein shake.

Bit of a /fit/ related question here chaps.

We know when it comes to lifting for girls, there's the old argument that it's pointless. There are more important things than a good physique.

The fact is, it's more than that, it's a combination of various things. You're ticking as many boxes as you can. Physique, height, face, wealth/success, and the most important, personality and confidence.

Thanks to hard work and a little supplemental help, I'm now doing well physique-wise.

I've also got the height (the one thing you cannot change), a good/impressive job, and a decent personality.

Thing is, I'm not exactly an oil painting face-wise. I've done what I can naturally (good grooming, nice hair, clear skin, nice tan) but feel a little surgery would help.

So what does /fit/ think? We train for years in the gym, some of us even use gear. What's wrong with a quick operation? A few weeks pain for a life-time of gain. No problem.

Anyone taken the plunge? Anyone thinking of taking the plunge?

Anyone training to be a vigilante here?

I remember the "Menacing Knight" from a couple of years ago, who supposedly spent all his time lifting and training so that he could fight criminals. He had an impressive physique, not natty, but there's no reason to be if you're going to devote your life to beating up thugs. As far as I know, he hasn't posted here recently so he might have gotten himself killed by a drug dealer or something. With all the capeshit movies and videogames and comics our generation has been brought up with, there must be some guys out there training to be Batman. I don't necessarily want to fight crime myself, but being in peak physical and mental condition is very appealing to me.

Special forces training would orobably be best for attaining the kind of fitness and knowledge, as well as experience, in combat, espionage and survival that you'd need as a real life vigilante, so you'd probably have to focus more on endurance and fighting technique than lifting.

Plenty of /fit/izens have nothing in their lives other than lifting, you don't have much to lose so why not put your superior strength to good use?

Hello everyone.

So, I’m looking for ideas for exercises (or even routines) that I can do in my dorm room. I have access to a single dumbbell and a lot of body weight, haha. I know I can’t do anything substantial with this, but money is an issue and I gotta start somewhere. I’m looking to do as close to full body as I can.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This really achievable? Ive been lifting seriously for two years now and I look fit only in a shirt. In 2 years of training I've never missed a day(3x a week). But I have to admit I had some craving issues thats why I got nowhere. I am builtfat atm, about 20% bf, how long till lean? Doing IF(cuz college and no time for breakfat anyway). Doing something similar to pic related, just more progression on strength

If you've been doing the same shit for 2 years then that's the reason why you've made no progress. It's suggested to change workouts every 6 months as well as adding volume as your strength increases.

Just ate my 500 kcal surplus for the day marking the first day of my bulk, right after ending my 8 month long cut that introduced me to fitness and lost me 50 pounds.
