I'm forced to take a yoga class at uni for my curriculum and they say shit like "This pose activates your link to the positive energy from the sun. If you are ever feeling like your chakra is blocked its because of the negative energy in the universe getting bottled up in this area"

How do I stop drinking all the god damn time?

It ruins my diet and routine.

I don't drink out of alcoholism, but every other day it's:

>let's go to a bar
>let's go to downtown and rage with so and so

And one beer usually turns into ten or 15 beers. Plus I smoke like a chimney when I drink too.

What's the point of all that muscle if you don't know how to react to a bully? If you're awkward around girls? If you get overly embarrassed over trivial things in public?

If you can't mentally function like an alpha, or a regular person for that matter, what makes you think having a hot or strong body will help?
You might as well go back to being the skinnyfat NEET slob you were a couple years ago before you started lying and circlejerking over your stats on /fit/.

There is no question, people laugh at your bumbling, muscular ass behind your back, because you are mentally unfit.
And I'm sorry to say, but mental fitness is much harder to learn compared to physical fitness. You basically have it because you had friends and a loving family in childhood, or you were a reject and a disappointment to your parents.

Current Snap Fitness member (US). It's ok for a commercial gym, the quality varies from location to location as they all operate as franchises basically.

The nice thing about Snap is your membership will get you into any location.

I think my biggest complaint about it is no squat racks, and no bench press racks. That said, it hasn't stopped me from being productive and making gains.

It's cheap and it works for what I'm doing right now until I get to the point where I feel personally ready to start training at my local MMA gym.

you are supposed to do low intensity cardio, we are talking a mild jog or even a brisk walk for 45 mins to an hour. Don't take the full dosage straight away, the side effects can be fucking brutal if you don't build up to it. Start with 2.5 on the first day, then 5, then 7.5 for 2 days then 10 for 2 days, the go full dose.
