Get some prozac(fluoxetina 20mg a day for 1 year minimun) for that shit and start lifting, if you are doing any drug, quit it(i was on weed), that's what my doctor said to me and the first month i was already feeling great after gym, i was in severe long term depression (more than 4 years) and now people tell me i'm a totally different person, also, if you are struggling with something say it to someone it does not matter how big your problem is, always telling it to someone will make you feel better, you should do other productive hobbies besides gym, get out of your fucking computer.

i suggest you buy ankle weights with adjustable weights. this allows me to make smaller increases on bench and ohp, making it a fuckload easier, without forking out a load of cash on microplates.

My ankle weights were like £20, while microplates are MUCH more than that.
Otherwise if you're in the US you could buy washers. I would have done that but I couldn't find any suppliers in the UK.

Why does Stronglifts 5×5 make you increase your deadlift by 5 kg each workout, instead of 2.5 kg?
I started at 100 kg, and can only make 3 reps when increasing by 5 kg.
you're supposed to start at 40kg and increase by 5kg until you reach 100

Wrestling exercises all your muscles, and you're basically flexing for a full five minutes. It's exhausting; I'd recommend it if you really have gains that are of some substance.
