I'm cutting, problem is I've been stuck at like 20% because i always get bored of cutting after 2 or 3 days.
Pretty pathetic considering I've been lifting for nearly 4 years now. I have a lot of muscle gains, it's obvious even with fat layer on it. It's just sticking to a cut seems so much more effort than I feel like it should be, I think I need TRT or something.

I'm 5'6" 120lbs. I need to get bigger, I need to get into shape for SERE selection (military). Really I was planning on doing SERE to get myself in shape for rangers. I used to do cross country but I started running almost everyday a couple of months ago. I can lift 30lb dumb bells, do 30 push-ups, and 13 pull ups. Basically I really need to get bigger, please help me.

My TDEE comes out to around 2500 as a 5'8, 165 pound manlet. I'm trying to do SL but I don't know if my macros are fucked or not. I'm trying to eat at maintenance, but do HIIT to cut very slowly.
If I do 1 g of protein per pound of body weight, how do I split my macros between carbs and fats?

That might be right depending on job. I know my TDEE at 5'10" 165 is 2100 and I have a desk job. My TDEE used to be something like 3000-3500 when I used to deliver beer. It was stacking cases of beer, kegs, etc. both to and down stairs.

Why can't I get good glute activation? I only feel squats and lunges in my quads. What am I doing wrong? Doing glute bridges and kick backs currently, but I want to maximize glute work by feeling it in other exercises.
Try Bulgarian lunges. But lunges aren't really supposed to be a quad workout go begin with. You should check on your form.
