Hey fit , I've been using 35 lb dumbbells for a while now and I've wondering if there's a way to intensify each work out.

Like should i just move to bigger weights or do more reps?

First off, cool tattoo. Aesthetic placement and design which also can reflect who you are.
Second, your delt looks great, but the arm underneath it looks very slim? Personally jealous because that's kind of ebay I'm aiming for, but of you want to look proportionately masculine, you might want to work on it.
Third, what is your goal? Strength? Size? Both?
