So due to a combination of factors not the least of which were a stint with vegetarianism, prolonged sleep deprivation, and generally getting WAY less calories than I really needed, I've started balding noticeably. It's not too far along, but the amount it has already is pretty startling for how much time has passed since I first noticed it.
I can accept it for the time being while I continue to improve my diet, but is this shit permanent? I mean once those hair follicles have "retired", is there a chance they could be "reactivated" if I nipped the nutrients thing in the bud early and really turned it around, or are they gone for good?

I hurt my Pec while benching. The pain in the pec is what I would describe as an extreme tightness/streching pain. the pain is in the outer portion of my Pec Minor. I can do close grip perfect form incline bench with minimal to no pain; however, when trying to perform regular bench press, it hurts if I try to do it with more than just the bar. The pain has been like this for about 1 1/2 weeks now. I need this fixed up ASAP. Any advice?
OP again, also I was wondering that while I'm injured what exercises I should try and sub in for benching in order to keep as much mass/strength on my bench as possible

I've been rolling it out with a golf ball every day, doing stretches for it, etc. It's helped the pain a bit but I still can't bench without semi-severe pain and I don't want to risk making the injury worse and prolonging it.
I can't seem to feel anything in my pecs. No matter what I do, the closest I can feel anything on is my upper pecs when I do flies. Bench presses feel like they're all in my arms and shoulders. What do?

A good cue is to focus on shortening the distance between your elbows when you do flies. Also, make sure you keep your shoulders back and try widening your grip when you do BP
