Hey Dudes need your advice.

Been working out a lot this semester gains are on point but yesterday my barber fucked up my hair really badly. Now I'm feeling like shit and not even the gym can make me feel better. I don't know if I should go for the crew cut all the way or just wait (I have 2 months until graduation and I don't want to go bald so that I don't look like camel ass on my graduation day) Please help. I don't even feel confident in the gym anymore.

I've got some soundmagic e30s that are decent. They're in ear and have guide to route the cables over your ears. Kinda bassy but not overly. They lose seal instantly if any sweat gets on the tip though, which is annoying for running.

I use Skullcandy Ink'd. SC is a meme brand but their buds are surprisingly good for the price (<$20). Good seal and good (if overwhelming) bass.

Get the discontinued model without the built-in mic, it's on Amazon for the same price. The one they have in stores (with the mic) is the one with too much bass and muddier sound.

Never had quinoa but i'm thinking about replacing part of the rice on my diet with it ( higher protein, higher fiber)

Does anyone else have issues with asymmetry?

I don't know what I have, but it seems I'm crooked.
Like, when I do presses, my right arm is always like a half second slower than my left, even if individually, my right is stronger.
When I squat, my right knee feels like "buckling" when I climb out of the squat.

My entire right side feels slow, even if I can curl more with my right arm. I can't even fully flex with my right side.

Anyone deal with this?

It's pretty common and it will impede your performance at high athletic levels but if you are just lifting for aesthetics or health it won't hinder you much, assuming you have scoliosis that is mild to the point that you don't need medical intervention. Lifting is one of the best treatments for scoliosis.

Honestly its such a minor insecurity I wouldn't sweat it. I didn't even know scoob had a mild scoliosis until you probably spent 3 hours mirin' his bod. Focus on getting mired more than 5 seconds then you can start working on small shit like that.

Question for you guys.

I went on a cycle almost 2 years ago (test e) and was on PCT but I don't remember what I took or how much. Anyway, 2 years later I am developing a lump under my left nipple. Not really sure its even related to that cycle, since its been 2 years.

I don't plan to ever do another cycle, would taking some nolvadex help it go away? Any recommendations? From the research I did today, it seems that a lot of people have good results with nolva for small lumps.

ITT: kcal deficit and sports for fatties. How did you combine your work-out when being out of energy on a kcal deficit?

Im a fattie losing weight on a kcal deficit.

I find it many times hard to lift and even do cardio when being on minus kcals. I track what i eat, hit the macros and all so its not about that. I do -500 to -700kcals maximum.

Is it legit, in this situation, to do sports only 2 or 3 times in a week? I have 20kg too much weight atm. Should i just focus on kcal deficit for now and do more sports later, lets say after i lost 10kg.

The experiences of others are not in sticky.

You know in some sick way, I kind of enjoy it. I enjoy suffering like this.

It's like I feel miserable on the inside and see nothing but miserable people walking around, it's like my body feeling well fed and comfortable is some kind of aberration, it doesn't belong in this awful world.

When my body feels awful too, it's as though this whole black earth is finally at least consistent.

Yes. Muscle building is based on how much tissue your body repairs when you are asleep. As long as you tear your muscle fibers as much as possible in the gym, then your muscles should still grow regardless if it's in a caloric deficit or not. Testosterone levels also play a part in building muscle.
