Stop using shampoo, only use conditioner every other day. On the days you're not just make sure to wash your hair with warm water well. Rub some safflower oil in that shit once a week and let it sit for an hour. Eat more almonds and get some Vit E and K. If you're using conditioner, get Burt's Bees or something as close as possible to organic. No phthalates, parabens, etc.

Can someone explain this to me?

Here is a "girl" that is squatting 300lbs and deadlifting 405lbs at a bodyweight of 125lbs.

How is that possible? How is it healthy?

More concerning - how is she so SMALL? I figured that to put up those kinds up numbers you would need to have at least some kind of size ....r-right?

I uninstalled today because it's no longer a game if its taking a toll on your personal life leaving me angry all the time in my opinion. I wake up, eat, play vidya, lift, play more vidya and sleep.

I think I'm depressed and I have not gone to class since the beginning of the semester except to take exams, so my life is literally playing games and making progress on SS.

Vidya has already stopped filling the void and so I spend most of my day staring at 4chan or my steam library since every other hobby I every tried/looked at does not interst me in the slightest and I hate socializing with strangers because I cannot stand small talk and I have nothing interesting to say.

I'm the retard OP made the thread for.

155.8lbs, 5'9".

I just started lifting. I'm using a modified version of Reg Park's SS (I just added accessory work out like traps, tris, abs, biceps, etc.).

I have APT (Anterior Pelvic Tilt/Lordosis) and deadlifting realllllllllllly hurts my lower back. I didn't even use heavy weight.

Should I lift through it or substitute it for a different exercise.Please help.

Brothers Gf got a job at planet fitness today was her first day.
Says they have 2 tootsie roll buckets and the whales were upset asking why there were no purple tootsie rolls in them today (they ran out). She was also taught how to use the lunk alarm and was show how to correct people who are trying to get gains and making sounds while working out (because it's not that kind of gym).
