Ok /fit/ I know you guys will hate mme for this, but I really need advice and don't have friends who take lifting seriously.

4 months in and get shoulder injury because of shitty form

I'm 64kg now and my lifts are getting stale:
BP: 60kg
Squat: 85kg
DL: 90 kg

I don't know if I should continue with strength training or if I should move on to an intermediate routine (Maybe furious five upper/lower). I really need advice, please fit, tell me what would you guys do??

When progress stalls on Starting Strength you're supposed to move on to an intermediate program. That's literally how it's meant to be done. There are a bunch of good suggestions in the sticky.

Help me /fit/.
I see some of you are able to take 4-5 shits a day,
massive ones too, like it's nothing.
As someone that struggles with shitting, I would appreciate some advice.
For starters, it would be awesome if I could take a massive dump as soon as I wake up.
I'm able to do this once in a while with coffee but it doesn't work all the time.

What does /fit/ do to release their bowels?

I'll crouch on the toilet seat, raise my legs or basically do any of the meme things for a good shit but even all that sometimes can't help me.

Also I have a really hairy asshole so my poo gets caught in my ass like a webbing. I used to do this myself but I couldn't see in my asshole properly, managed to convince my gf to finger my ass for my poo. Kinda weird at first but now she kind of...enjoys it? Shes always so excited when she gets a big log out

This is all done non sexually.

It works but I could only handle it for a week at a time

Basically whey protein + boosts + multi vitamin + occasional soup here and there. Maximum 1200 calories a day, 0.7g protein/per lb of weight

Dropped from 192 to 188 in a week. Honestly the slower approach works better for dieting because it is more sustainable but it's good to get those extra pounds off if you are fighting it.

By the 4th day I was almost throwing up at the thought of drinking my whey protein though and that lack of energy was horrible.

this is basically protein sparing modified fasting (PSMF) which is a well known crash diet. it works very well. a good PSMF is slightly more involved though or you end up with deficiencies.

i'm the most disgusting autistic skinnyfat robot ever
i used to be skinnyskinny like 6'3 155lbs but after i finished school and lived on pizza and coke i gained over 30lbs in 2 years, 2 months ago i was shocked to see that when i tested my weight, i thought i looked just as bad as back then because even then i had a lot of excess fat but apparently i look even worse now.

i started doing the c25k thing and i'm on the last week now i've lost 10 lbs (just by running haven't changed diet so i still eat like a pig) so i'm at 178 or so now

i've consulted the links and tons of additional websites and they say get down to 10% bf before lifting and others say if you're skinnyfat you should bulk so with more muscle it's easier to lose weight

so how do i get /fit/ or am i a lost cause?
never did any sports, always picked last in gym class

i got real running shoes the other day and they're really comfy my feet didn't hurt anymore and i actually ran 500m more in 28 minutes than ever before

do i start losing weight for srs until i'm skinnyskinny and then lift or what should i do? i'm not expecting immediate results but would be cool to look less than terrible by like 2019

Alright /fit/, I need your sage advice.

I'm running SS and my chest is lagging behind muscle development wise. Which sucks, because I'm trying to be a big guy (for you).

Anyway, I can't tell if its my "upper pec" falling behind or the entire pec, since its all droopy. I'm guessing the latter

Right now, the only accessory work I do are knee raises (working up to leg raises). What are two exercises I can add on to the end to try and get my chest to look juicy? If I only get one exercise, I'll just be doing shrugs.

Please halp fit. I look ridiculous in a shirt

The trick is to take the left picture after the right one. Just go to the gym and pump yourself up and don't eat/drink alot. Then take a picture.

Hey /fit/, longtime skelly here that recently started working out and I want to start getting serious about lifting. My diet is getting better and I'm sticking to a routine but it's getting a bit difficult with my home set up. I think it would be awesome to go to a gym 3-4 times a week but I'm pretty embarrassed that I'm benching and squatting so light. I have a shitty bar from walmart that is gonna snap in half when the day comes that I put more then 50 pounds on it and my squat rack made out of 2 broken couches is starting to seem less safe everyday.

Idk if I should just invest in a new bar and an actual rack (may be weird because I have real low ceilings) or just man up and just start going to the gym. Have any of you went through something similar or have any advice to offer?

Fuck me Ive been doing this for years and have no chest gains. I had to stop working out my arms because 15.5" arms on a chestlet looks disgusting.
Ive only ever done the compound exercises and run but today for the first time I did dumbbell bench after barbell and my tits hurt. Im hoping this means Ill finally see some development in my chest so Im not so ashamed.
