/fit/ I need to lose weight.

The sticky is a big vague on it and it concentrates on nutrition instead of exercising.
I'm saving for a gym membership and in September I should be able to join but right now I don't have much money to go with. I wanna start at home, I don't have weights, only an old yoga mat.
I'm 1.75m
I weight 75kg

I'm not really fat and my body fat should be around 20-21%.
I do have quite some belly fat.

I eat three meals a day

>Breakfast
Coffee and milk with two or three tablespoons of sugar.

>Lunch
Various, usually Pasta with various sauces and red meat with a ton of Salad with just Salt, Oil and Lemon as dressing. Fruits like Oranges, Bananas and sometimes Apples. I also eat them as snacks.

>Dinner
Usually Red Meat with Salad or a Sandwitch.

I drink Sodas occasionally (Not everyday, but there have been moments where I drank a couple of glasses daily) and the occasional Whiskey or Beer when I go out.
I believe I drink something like 2lt of water a day.

Suggestions?

If you want to know about gear, you need to actually be there and do it yourself.

The lighter you are, the easier climbing is.
The one activity where being a gymnastics guru is considered a good thing.
You need to get really good at pull ups.
Grip strength is also essential.
The best way to get good is to climb easy walls, and move to progressively harder ones.

Oh wow going to the gym 45 minutes a couple times a week!

Then the faggots on instagram act like it's this big thing #MOTIVATION

Compared to a real sport, like rowing, or football, boxing, or swimming, they have to do all their sport stuff, AND lifting

Cardio and really high reps are hard as nails compared to lifting, even for a 1 rep max or 3 rep max you do it or you don't, it isn't really PAINFUL like that last push for someone running a marathon or triathlon

The most pathetic are the dorks doing those 3x5 workouts with no isolations, doing just a couple low rep sets, never pushing themselves, it's legit tooo easy

You all know it's true just admit it

>>
Yep lifting is about the most static and boring form of exercise there is. At least with running and biking you can see cool stuff. With lifting you spend so much of your life standing inside an air-conditioned box moving perfectly balanced weights up and down in a straight line.
>>
that's why it's pathetic when nyr fags do it for 2 weeks and give up

Okay I'm taking rich pianas 8 hour arms to build my own ridiculous workout. If you're unfamiliar, you do a mini workout every 30 minutes 16 times. The original workout is purely arms, but I'm going to go full upper body. Here's the workouts

>A
4x10 dumbbell bench
4x10 shoulder work (facepulls, rear delt flyes, or lateral raises

>B
4x10 The Press™
4x10 dumbbell rows

There are a couple companies that make sodas sweetened with Stevia. Stevia has no side effects. Look for them. Or just wean yourself off sodas all the time and drink based WATER instead, save the sodas for a treat.

Questions That Don't Deserve Their Own Thread.

Last thread reached bump limit.
Relatively new lifter here and haven't been doing warmup sets. I tried them for the last few sessions and everytime I get to my actual lifting weight (185 lbs) I'm tired as fuck and my legs get shaky. Do I have to do a warmup set at this weight? Seems like I was doing better before.

Does this tank top fit right? I've never worn a tank top before. The length seems right but the chest has a lot of side boob creeping out.

>>37333456
Warm-up sets are important. I usually do an empty, a 25% and a 50% before my working sets.
If you're tired by your working set it's because you aren't taking long enough breaks (~30 seconds for low intensity warm-ups, a minute or so for higher) or you're doing too many working sets.

One thing Rippetoe says in SS is that you can do fewer reps in your warm-up sets as you approach your working set, so that you don't knacker yourself out too badly but still get warmed up.
>>
>>37333456
is it okay to still lift and go to chemo? my onco says he doesn't really advise it, but i don't want all my hard work to be wasted too soon.
>>
>>37333571
That's what I figured. I'll switch my sets to 3 sets of warm ups at 25%x5, 50%x3, and 90%x1.
