Diet: basic mediterranean stuff
Regiment: mostly running as I started hurting after doing SS for a few months
Sleep: 9 hours a night
No drugs but I drink with friends at least once a week.

Height and weight?

Need some depth on your diet.
Do you eat enough fiber (leafy greens), how's your fat intake, do you eat simple carbs?

Sleep lenght is great, do you have trouble getting up, do you feel energetic in the morning?

Drinking once a week is all right, just don't do it too hard.

Skelly mode here too. I started resistance in November for a few months, and I've started doing free weights properly this week. I'm doing strong lifts. I did day two today so my lifts are:

squat 22.5kg
bench 20kg
ohp 20kg
deadlift 40kg
row 30kg

I haven't weighed myself or measured my height in a few months but I'm usually around 65kg, 6 foot 1. So very skelly mode...

We're gonna make it brah.

I smoke pot. daily. I'm usually always high.
this morning a female friend showed up bright and early to hang out. We jumped right into sex before I could smoke.

I noticed my stuff wouldn't stay hard. I've never noticed this issue. I'm 28 and in decent shape.
this particular friend gets me diamonds. I've never had a problem performing with her before.

she didn't complain or anything and she got off. so what I want to know is, is this normal?
