Any foods that make cutting better or easier?
Also, do you have any suggested recipes for getting more delicious vegetables in my diet?

Oats and cooked eggs make you feel full so fucking fast, so that helps a lot.

Yeah, I gained 11kg in about 2 years after quitting. I lost it all by mostly diet and bouldering (that was before /fit/).
Then I gained it back after I started lifting but that's not fat.

What you will have though is a better recovery (including short term) because better oxygen circulation etc. Basically it's just your mindset that changed and this triggered you to doing more stuff. It's not directly because you stopped smoking

you could increase the weights, but maintain the amount of reps specified in your program. see if that works

i think soreness happens in the early months of lifting because your muscles get shocked, they do things they aren't used to doing
but after you've acquired a taste for lifting, it goes away, your muscles get used to the load

Hey /fit/ I've reached a point where my lifts that I cant proceed any higher. Every time I go to the gym I cant squat more than 190 5x5, I cant OHP more than 85 5x5, I can't deadlift more than 245 1x5, I can't bench more than 120 5x5, and I can't row more than 140 5x5, what should I do to progress further? Also worth noting i'm trying to lower my bf% currently so i'm cutting. Is there something else I should be doing or something that I don't know about? Thanks.

When I got stuck at 85lb OHP. I mixed it up. Different reps etc. in example, I did 5x5 of 80, 3x5 of 85, and 1x5 of 90lb.

5'9, down from 158lbs to 148lbs in 1 and a half month. Been stalling around the same weight pretty hard for the last 2 weeks. Will get my EC stack soon and hope to get to my 135lb goal by the end of august.

These make acne worse but dairy can also make it worse. If you have got the others covered, go easy on the dairy if it is still a problem.
How much does it matter at what times I eat my protein?
If I have 4 eggs for breakfast at 10 AM, but don't start working out still 2 PM, have I 'wasted' the protein in my breakfast?
