Is this just a genetic thing? I have it too. I basically have tits, but without the gyno thank god. I've just been dropping weight but haven't noticed any change in them.

Honestly just from my personal experience I believe the best form of correction is probably going to be a lot of ab work. If you are skinnyfat it'd help to trim whatever fat you have off your body. As you put on weight it should even itself out.

So I have been getting a lot of gains recently and a lot of the guys at the gym have been noticing. Like when I was in the shower this cute guy commented on how nice my ass and penis look. I'm attempting to work my way up to doing real pull ups. I've been trying the scooby chair method, but I'm not making any noticeable progress. I keep dropping like a sack of potatoes when I do them. I've been eyeing the assisted pull up machine, and I was wondering if that would do me any better for working towards real pull ups than this fucking chair method?

go to a pull up bar and pull up, if you can only do 1 do 1x until you can't pull up. Eventually you'll be able to do 2, then 3, so on. watch a couple videos on how to properly do a pull-up and then do them

Hi /fit/

After I finished my run, I my urine was red. Not bright red, but a mixture of red and yellow. This happened two days ago when I ran.

I have peed a bunch of times between the first red pee and this second one and my pee has been normal.

I am going to the doctor's tomorrow. Just checking if anyone here can shed any light on this.

Yeah I know cardio kills gains har har I run because it helps my depression.
