I've been trying to cut, but i get crazy night cravings. I eat extremely healthy during the day but during the night (midnight and beyond) I just want to eat like a horse. I've been avoiding the cravings to the best of my abilities (except last night at Wawa, there was nothing but destruction) I think my problem is that I meal prep and have breakfast foods, but I have zero snacks. What do you all buy that is guilty free snacking? I recently just got some Oikos triple zero yogurt and it's pretty good. Just looking for some tips for low calorie low sugar snacks you'd recommend to help combat this late night hunger.

I've been focusing a bit more on my core/stomach area recently and I'm at a loss. I thought planking would fill me up nicely but it only seem to help the center abs and not the sides.

Can a 5'10 guy ever look like (metaphorically) like a tank? I'm barely 18, but shit, I don't think I'm going to achieve 6'2 master race from where I am. I've already cut my fat to a low %, so now it's a question of muscle and muscle distribution. Should I go for a fighter body (think bruce lee or any light weight or feather weight fighter), or would I still be able to go for tank mode without looking like a roidy manlet?

Chances are that I'm not going to be in the rest of the world that much. So my sphere of interaction is pretty much for guys 5'8 (rare) - 5'11 (common) - 6'3 (less rare than 5'8), and for girls, 5'6 (semi-rare) - 5'8 (why r so many girls at my uni this height) - 5'11 (more common than 5'8 guys).

+ 10cm is a lot, that's a third of a standard ruler.
