is there a scientifically confirmed way to increase my testosterone, apart from cruising?

My T got tested at 3.26ng/ml which is on the low end of the normal range and I'd want to know how I could increase it to get to a more average testosterone amount.

There are plenty of supplements with beta-alanine that will help but the best thing you can do is high intensity/heavy weight work outs that are very hard, focus on large muscles like quads. Squats, deadlift, bench. That kind of activity releases testosterone, has to be high intensity though. Don't be that guy who does one set, sits on his phone for 5 minutes than does another, your body won't produce more testosterone if you take it easy.

I'm haveing a really hard time losing weight. I read the sticky multiple times and have been applying its advice to my daily lifestyle but I haven't been getting much results.

I know I must be doing something wrong because I know that calories in calories out no exceptions.

I haven't made no progress. I've lost about 6 pounds but that was starting in may.

What I'm trying to get at is that I need perhaps some more specific dieting tips. I've tried to just eat healthy, avoid junk food of all kinds, reduce carbs and don't over eat. But I want to get results a bit faster than my current abysmal rate. I know there isn't a get skinny quick trick, but I want to try and shoot for 3 pounds a week if that's even remotely plausible.

I'm at 22% body fat and want to get to the 15-12% range. So some help for a moron like me would be appreciated.

I can squat 135 with mediocre form.

I have a feeling I should work on getting perfect form by squatting just the bar and adding five gradually.

I want to prevent any injury in the future.

Some have told me this is a good way of never getting strong.

Will this be a setback or should I keep progressing with my mediocre form?
