are you man enough to decide right now to take cold showers for the rest of your life? I decided it in the beginning of 2015 and not a single drop of hot water touched my skin since then.

Don't you just wanna feel the urge to headbutt Mike Tyson after a real fucking nape-killer icy shower?

I used to be so autistic about what I did during rest but literally who gives a shit. Nobody else even uses the oly platform anymore.

Normally before me and my friend go work out we blow each other. It's not gay or anything we both have girlfriends. But semen just gives us that extra protein boost we need during our work out. I'm going into the Navy and am highly considering trying for the SEALs. I got a 90 on my ASVAB and I don't leave for 9 months. I've been regularly lifting and running for two months but still have 9 months until bootcamp. Is it reasonable to think I can get to that physical level in that time? Any tips? I'm 6'1 and 175 pounds currently.

Idk depends broski. You may want to look up online on what do to do, because I doubt there are any seals on /fit/.

But from what I do know, you need to have godly physical and mental endurance. Run long distances, focus on more body weight exercises, and if you do lift, work on doing higher reps and lower weight.

Funny thing is you'll find that a lot of seals aren't always the ripped motherfuckers that are in the gym 24/7. They're usually the skinny farm boys that have no quit in them.

I am obese at 350 pounds any the online calorie calculater put my at 4k with my current 5 day a week gym. I know the standard us to cut or bulk by 500 cals but is it feasible for a person if my size to cut more quickly with less negative effects? For instance I'm tempted to cut with 3k instead.

I'd say cut as much as you can sustain consistently. It doesn't matter if you starve for a day if you go back to eating like a fucking pig. I personally kept the most motivation when I could see my weight going down each week. At 350lbs it will be easy as fuck to see the progress. You don't need advanced methods when focusing on the basics makes losing weight so much easier. Just lift regularly, walk an hour a day, and eat like a normal fucking human being and you will lose weight. Unless you're too much of a pussy to stick to that

So I've recently turned 18 but don't have a job yet. As such, I have basically 0 control over what comes into my home in terms of food, as I don't buy the food. I have another problem, however: I am skinnyfat. I don't want to be skinny fat.

Since I can only control the portions of my diet and not necessarily the nutrients themselves (although I have been asking for more vegetables in general and am cutting back hard on junk food) should I just eat extremely little and run a bunch? I can't afford the gym (again, no job) and I can't do pushups, so I was wondering if I should just skip dinner and lunch entirely in favour of a slightly larger breakfast and nothing but cardio for an hour in order to burn fat (I mean, I won't be getting much protein so bodyweight training doesn't make sense, also still can't do fuckall in terms of bodyweight training since I'm too weak to do a pushup).

But that's my story. What should I do, exactly? Aside from get a job, of course. I'm trying. Nobody will hire me for the hours I'm available, but I'm trying.

Unless your parents literally only buy popcorn and candy then simply eat less/more of the food depending on if you're bulking or cutting.

Protein is important and all macros are really but as long as you're trying your best you'll make some gains.

Just do your absolute best to get as much protein as possible, if you don't get 0.8g/lb of LBM then that's ok, just try your best to do so.
