Literally. We can change everything listed beside wrist size. I UNDERSTAND ITS HARD. but just keep trying. Make a mental note everyday before you go to sleep and remember it as soon as you wake up. Remember if you don't work out for a month to try to improve yourself. You wasted that month. Then that month turns into 3 and 3 turns into 6. By time a year passes you realize how much time you wasted and the potential gains.
I know what it feels like to have a man's head/hands/feet stuck on a 10 year old boys body sprinkled with chest and leg hair.
