from what i've learned you need to eat your bodyweight in grams of protein and not all at once. Try to space your meals out to where you are eating around 35 grams of protein every three hours. eat less carbs and only eat 500 calories above maintenance

What are some small lifestyle changes you made that really made a difference long term?

For me
>showering once a day or every other day
I used to shower twice a day for years and had bad acne. Its been less than 2 months since I stopped and all my acne has gone away

They just push wax into your ears, natural cleaning is the way to go

Hasn't been long enough but I've started being strict with when I go to sleep/wake up and how I split up my day.

I only work 3 days a week (36 hour live in shift + 1 12 hour shift) so I would stay up till midnight-2 am on my days off and then get really shitty sleep when I had to wake up at 5 for work.

>limit myself to a few hours on my PC a day, try to make the day as productive/social as possible
>switched to a new workout schedule, already loving it more than the old slapdash shit I had before
>stopped drinking 4-5 pots of coffee a day, limit to 1 in the morning and tea in the evening.

Women are constantly discouraged from lifting heavy with that "you'll get bulky" bullshit, but you probably didn't need me to tell you that.

Let's go in a different direction. Which female celebs lift heavy, or at least incorporate heavy barbells into their fitness routines?

Jessica Biel (pictured) is an obvious example, you don't get quads like hers unless you squat like Molly Galbraith, and she's got a gun show to complement the legs. Post-meltdown Britney Spears is another obvious one, she and Biel both have five-star quads.

Here's a list of female celebs who I think lift weights, mostly from my personal opinion of looking at their body types. Apologies if I'm mistaken.

I assume when you say "celebrities", you're not counting athletes (Shawn Johnson, McKayla Maroney, Alex Morgan, Holly Holm, etc.) or WWE wrestlers (Charlotte, Bayley), since those are obvious.

Khloé Kardashian, Demi Lovato, Emily Blunt, Daisy Ridley/Brie Larson for THE FORCE AWAKENS, Gal Gadot for WONDER WOMAN. Especially Demi, this chick lifts. I'm not on a diet. Being on a diet is temporary, as is any results you see from it. I have always had a healthy diet, and that won't change. Never having been fat is way better than no longer being fat.

S'okay. Only two weeks in and havent cheated much. Like you said, I'm not considering it a "diet". Its a change of eating habbits. Just focusing on calories right now, will probably get into macros later,. But by choosing too put cals in the most satisfying and sustaining foods, the problem of sugars and carbs seems to be working itself out. Lost 6 lbs so far.

Make sure you look up the reviews of what you are taking. Most things in a multi are not very bioavailable. the magnesium youll find in most multis is in the form of magnesium oxide, which has a 4% BA rate. Gotta find somethign with magnesium citrate or another chelated form.

Low Biavailable % means you are taking something, and pissing out the vast majority it because of the form it comes in.
