from what i've learned you need to eat your bodyweight in grams of protein and not all at once. Try to space your meals out to where you are eating around 35 grams of protein every three hours. eat less carbs and only eat 500 calories above maintenance

Do you think the repair process just stops because you're doing something? There's literally no evidence to the "take 24-48 hours to fully recover" thing, it's broscience. overtraining is essentially a myth.

Recovery is something that the body needs to get better at. Top athletes can work out every day, although not everyone is fit enough to push themselves that hard.
