problem is if you can help.

1) occasional numb buttock. I'll be sitting in a soft chair, and for no reason my right buttock goes dead

2) Constant dullness and pain in right thigh

3) then pain in ankle, foot, sole

4) especially, my 4th toe (next to the big one) . It is very affected by this, I can trace these pains all the way back to this toe.

trapped nerve? Sciatica? bad circualtion? thrombosis? blood clot?

any ideas?

Just don't do it on weekdays and police yourself to finish all of your work before you go out. It's not the drinking that is the problem it is your deep anxiety that the alcohol helps. Just do your work and work on yourself and that feeling will lessen and you won't need booze so much

Hi /fit/
I've been smoking cigarettes for 14 years. For the last year or so I've been chain smoking. I quit yesterday. The withdrawal is a lot worse than than I thought it would be (headache, extreme cravings, anxiety, fatigue, hunger).

Anyone else quit smoking? Does it get worse from here? When will I be in the clear? Any tips?

What to expect:

From my own experience you'll never be free of that cancer. Even when I didn't smoke for a year every time I saw someone light up one I immediately thought to myself "damn I want one too". I'm also trying to quit right now but it's hard as basically all of my friend smoke and I can't avoid being exposed to cigs. Just be strong anon, it won't go away but it will certainly get easier. Just think about the regret and disgust you'll have after you smoke one.

I was never athletic as a kid but picked up some club sports my senior year of college and wish I had started earlier

I don't plan on forcing my son to play a sport when he's older, but my goal is to share my love of them with him and make him want to play on his own. I will raise a Chad of the next generation, a lord and king above the nu-males

I started boxing when I was 15, and my uncle used to teach me judo, I'd raise a champion fighter, and would actually care about their diet, unlike my parents.

Hello guys,
I have a question, how often should I attend the gym, and how often should I have a break during the week, to get a optimal muscle growth and to not affect the gains negatively? I usualy try to attend the gym 3/4 times a week, and usually it is like 2 days gym one after another, one day of break, then again 2 days of gym. However lately I am pretty hyped about my work out session, so I am wondering if I were to attend the gym 5 maybe even 6 days per week, would it be unfavorable for the gains?

Don't fall for the rest day meme. Go to the gym every day, switch up what you're training each day. If you feel sore everywhere just do some good cardio intervals, and core exercises. You're never too sore to do core & cardio.

I go to the gym every day, no excuses. I do my best not to over-train any muscle group (this will cause you to lose gains).

If you're asking the question on /fit/ you can go as many days as you want. By the time over-training becomes a concern you will have either started /fraud/ and will be working out differently or you'll be experienced enough to know the answer, or both.
