Do you guys ever get sad when working out?

I was doing a set of dips the other day and I started to think about her, and I had to go sit in the bathroom stall and let it pass before I could return to my workout. It's not always just that though. Could be thinking about how my skills with girls are bad and making life hard or other things.

How do you guys deal with those?

Not when working out, but I have noticed that I always work out better when keeping the object of my desire in mind. Really hate the whole "just do i for you breh" meme. I always feel more involved when I do it for someone else.

I take 2 1,000 mg a day. I work for a cardiologist and the heart health/triglyceride effect alone is enough for me to want to take it. It's not gonna hurt you. Plus I rarely eat fish outside of restaurants. It's also good for skin, hair, and I guess muscle repair/development or some crap which I assume is why you're asking. Get a big bottle of it at Costco, the Kirkland brand is pretty good quality.

Do you eat fish regularly? If not, then take one. If you do, then it won't benefit you. Make sure you're taking the correct dosage. They sell them where you can take 3-4 a day, or just 1 a day.

Can't touch my toes without bending my knees while standing. Is this a hip mobility issue or is it because my hamstrings are too tight? What can I do?

It's probably hamstrings. Hamstrings are one of the most common points of poor flexibility, due to our sedentary lifestyles with our legs always bent.

Just do stretches 10 minutes a day and you'll see improvements.

I'm focusing on cutting my body fat percentage, and then making gains once I get around 15%.

Can't explain the science behind it but apparently swimming makes you hold on to body fat in certain areas from what I've read.

I have had the best luck with running for getting to low bf%.. the only problem is my knees cant do it for more than 2-3 hours a week where as I can bike for 10-15 hours a week if I wanted to. I hate swimming so I don't know how it would work for me... best is a good diet

How do you get rid of belly fat and muffin top? I'm eating 2/3 sandwiches a day, a sunny side up egg and a banana milkshake for breakfast, and maybe a medium meal in the evening. Trying to work out more but idk where to start for core exercises without doing just cardio and losing my arms and chest. Looking for dietary and exercise tips

The best way to get rid of it is having a good diet meaning: less carbohydrates and more fiber try to drink a cereal and fruits milkshake on eggs try boiled eggs on breakfast, then a couple of fruits at brunch on lunch a full meal like soup, a little cup of rice with boiled vegetables you can put cheese if you like but no grilled and a good portion of protein. on dinner fruits a digestive tea and crackers


On workouts it's better if you do 30min cardio 20min (squats, biceps, abdominal [3 times a week squats and abdominal, twice a week biceps, triceps chest/back]) and ALWAYS do stretches
