My OHP is lagging behind all my other lifts. I'm currently stuck at 5x45kg (100lbs) and I want to go to 1pl8. I've reached 2pl8 for bench recently.

Do pushpress and incline bench for a while.
Get the pushpress to around 70kg or a bit more and incline whatever you can do. Then after that move back to OHP and put the OHP as first in your program and easily reach that 60kg.

Double pronated grip is limited by your grip strength. Alternates grip removes that limit so you can pull heavier.
If your grip isn't failing on your max there's no reason to switch to alternating.

I guess it depends on what you want really. There's nothing wrong with straps, but you shouldn't use them all the time, and you shouldn't use them on exercises where one of the main focuses is to work on grip strength.
In my opinion they are really good equipment for strongman and powerlifting. I madehuge gains in farmers carry when I started using straps on them.

One of the biggest copes here is "hop on tren brah!" "roids are the answer" "eat clen tren hard is the only legit way of legitimately building muscle" Its just a variation of misc/TRP's cope of "just lift heavy and you'll make it bro".
I think roids appeal to a lot of dreamers on here because they seem dangerous and risky. People delude themselves that something with high risk MUST have a high reward if used successfully. In reality, roids are low risk and extremely low reward. They barely increase sex appeal much, and certainly will NEVER compensate for height and face deficiencies.
Trust me- I've run two cycles at this point. 12 weeks of test E with a dbol kickstart and 6 weeks of heroic dosage Tren A. I gained some muscle, but that's about it.
