my contribution:
-make a habit of approaching people in the gym to work in using their equipment/machines at least once per workout. Start with just asking to work in, then work your way up to short convos about their routine. Also work your way up from guys -> average girl -> hot girls.

If someone has their headphones out and are bigger than me ill occasionally ask them for advice.
They get the benefit of a smaller dude giving them respect, I get knowledge of how to one day surpass them. We both get the benefit of having someone new to bump fists with or give the nod to when entering the gym.
The simple joys of gym bro bonding. Plus having people who recognize you forces you to be more consistent.

FSAS - Fundamental Straight Arm Strength

the numbers like 5x60s means mastery for the movement, in this case you look at 60s/60rep template and follow that progression, once you hit mastery (can do 5x60s) you move to the next level
