Hello!

I've been really skinny for all my life but I started taking Venlafaxin to battle the demons in my head. Anyway, this drug got me fat. From 56KG to 85KG in about 2 years. (Was at 90kg for awhile)

I regularly take 1mg of melatonine before going to sleep and it works, however last night I upped the dose ade bit to 5mg, which is the max I often see recommended. Going to sleep felt like I was anesthetized, I don't remember falling asleep and woke up drousy and disoriented as fuck, and spent the whole day feeling lazy and lethargic. Should I worry or do anything about it?

Do nothing about it. It's normal to feel drowsy if you don't get enough sleep. I originally was taking 1mg of the dissolving ones and I didn't like it. Made me feel sleepy but couldn't put me to sleep. I went to 3mg of the non dissolve tablets and they work much better. But if you didn't sleep long enough it'll make you drowsy still

The best fighters and military are medium build fast guys who can run/climb/crawl/fight all day.

The best way to pick up heavy shit is sumo deadlift and it is less likely to fuck up your back.

Vegetarianism will make you healthier and longer lived without costing you gains, look at Scooby.

All of those things are objectively superior to the shit /fit/ thinks is good.

Hey m8s,

I got a problem. I'm not REALLY fat (75kg at 5'10) but I want to lose all that flab then start building muscle. Problem is, I can't for the life of me eat below 1800 calories/day. It's not that I'm hungry or anything, kt's just an insatiable feeling of something missing, I cant describe it. Only food suppresses it. What can I do? I wanna get to 60kg then build some muscle

FFFIIIIIIIIIT

Does anyone have experience with getting fit after anorexia? I need advice. In recovery at the moment so have a set meal plan, 3500kcals/day minimum, 7 meals a day. Doctors said to just focus on eating this and not bother with lifting weights while I gain, but fuck that. There job is to make me better, I get that, but they don't care because better physically =/= better mentally.

The only way I can gain weight without relapsing would be if there's muscle there. I'm at basecamp 0 though right now. No muscle at all, basically, but eating at a calorie surplus.

Just wondering what routine I should follow to make the most of this? I'm housebound for months because of recovery but my granddad has basically a full gym in his garage (barbell, dumbbells, weights, squat rack, treadmill, pullup bar) so always accessible every single day.

Help a fella out fit. Im male btw but pic related is my recovery fear. She just got fat
