I have this new job that destroys my back. Tell me your experience, if you can relate... Should I stop, because it's causing me pain? Will I get used to it as my back gets stronger?
I quit my job because of the back pain it caused. After a few hours of standing on a rooftop deck, holding my breath and tightening my core made my lower spine feel like it was detaching from something. Comfortable shoes and gel inserts helped, but only to a certain point. I hope that point is acceptable to you, otherwise you'll be miserable. Good luck

What do I need to change about my diet to become shredded? I have the visible ab rectangle, rib cage, and gaunt face and I want to have a 6 pack
Intermittent fasting for 16 hrs
Break fast - 5 eggs, 20-40g of additional protein (turkey, ham, or chicken), 1/3 cup of oatmeal with some berries or dates mixed in, broccoli, half an avacado and grapefruit evrry other day, 2 brazil nuts, creatine
Snack - 20g veggie protein shake
Lunch - Apple, other half of avacado, 25g whey protein shake, 40g of protein (tuna, chicken, salmon, or sardines), carrots and dip (hummus or almond butter)
Dinner - Salad (walnuts, peppers or mushrooms, cucumber, green beans, olive oil and balsamic vinegar), 40g of protein (beef, chicken, etc), small amount of a carb (rice, quinoa, or potatoes), and glutamine
Seems pretty healthy to me you just need to calculate your TDEE and eat below it to lose weight. If you have hard time getting shredded shredded try to get rid of all fruit since they have sugar in it, that can make a difference for some people

How are things /fit/?
I'm excruciatingly depressed and stressed.
I work an office job 10 hours/day with an hour and 45 minute commute each way. I get an hour and a half to make and eat dinner, clean up, relax, and get ready for bed.
This schedule makes me hungrier and gives me less time to work out, but I can't afford working 5 8 hour days instead. I'm just existing until I can get a new job closer to home. I'm so tired all the time. I've gained back weight, and my diet is shit, even with meal planning and prepping on weekends.
How sick should you be before you stop going to the gym?
I have a cough and laryngitis... I'm pretty sure I'm well enough to go.
