What is your weekly/monthly shopping list, /fit/? I'm trying to find new recipes to cook in the morning, noon and evening hours. Also what stores do you shop at?

Aldi and Kroger for me.

>2 cups decaf coffee, or mug of green tea

Lunches and Dinners
>chicken breast + low sodium hot sauce
>steamed broccoli + green beans
>steamed cubed sweet potatoes + carrots
>orange + green tea for lunch, strawberries + green tea for dinners

Snacks
>1-2oz peanuts
>1/2 avocado

All of that plus supplements (multi, fish oil, D3) and spices. I buy what I can in bulk at GFS (usually chicken, green veggies, blueberries, potatoes) and the rest I get at Marcs or Daves. I don't get fancy with my cooking but here's a link with tons of /fit/ recepies I found earlier

On a summer cut right now and I managed to drop from 85kg to 82.3kg. Felt pretty good because abs were really starting to get defined and I progress was fast.
Long story short, went to Ayia Napa and got really fucking smashed. I remember barely eating that day (500 calorie breakfast and a big salad worth maybe 150 or 200) but when I got back home I weighed 84.7. It's going down slowly but why does this happen?
I've noticed I'm a lot less defined as well. Is it bloat?

Tl;dr drank too much one night, massive weight gain despite not going over BMR. Why?

Alcohol has 7 calories per gram, faggot. A single shot of everclear has 230 calories. Also you're probably retaining a shit ton of water as you recover from your drinking.

Ok /fit/, I need your help.
I went to the gym for some time, then I stopped for several months. The fact is that I don't have enough money to pay the membership. I postponed my excercises thinking that eventually I will get the money, but I haven't and I'm tired of waiting. I need a full body workout without any equipment, dumbbell or anything like that. I simply cannot buy them. The only thing I have is a carpet. Now, obsiously I'm not expecting to become shredded, but I just want to keep my body active and have some gains. Is there something that could help me?
