How are things /fit/?
I'm excruciatingly depressed and stressed.
I work an office job 10 hours/day with an hour and 45 minute commute each way. I get an hour and a half to make and eat dinner, clean up, relax, and get ready for bed.
This schedule makes me hungrier and gives me less time to work out, but I can't afford working 5 8 hour days instead. I'm just existing until I can get a new job closer to home. I'm so tired all the time. I've gained back weight, and my diet is shit, even with meal planning and prepping on weekends.
