What do I need to change about my diet to become shredded? I have the visible ab rectangle, rib cage, and gaunt face and I want to have a 6 pack
Intermittent fasting for 16 hrs
Break fast - 5 eggs, 20-40g of additional protein (turkey, ham, or chicken), 1/3 cup of oatmeal with some berries or dates mixed in, broccoli, half an avacado and grapefruit evrry other day, 2 brazil nuts, creatine
Snack - 20g veggie protein shake
Lunch - Apple, other half of avacado, 25g whey protein shake, 40g of protein (tuna, chicken, salmon, or sardines), carrots and dip (hummus or almond butter)
Dinner - Salad (walnuts, peppers or mushrooms, cucumber, green beans, olive oil and balsamic vinegar), 40g of protein (beef, chicken, etc), small amount of a carb (rice, quinoa, or potatoes), and glutamine
Seems pretty healthy to me you just need to calculate your TDEE and eat below it to lose weight. If you have hard time getting shredded shredded try to get rid of all fruit since they have sugar in it, that can make a difference for some people

I cut from 97 --> 86kg, and could not lose the last 6 or so kg i need to get them abs back. Intermittent fasting is the only thing that gets me there, no change to anything else, just a 16:8 fast/eat window and it kicked my weight loss plateau i the ass. Might be worth a look, especially if you like huge portions.
Obviously you have to be a caloric deficit though, so get that shit together.

From plateau of about 3 weeks ive started losing instantly again. I've dropped from 86.9 to 85.2 in about 10 days, would be some water weight i'd say. But IF is the shit, I couldn't recommend any more. My eating window is 12-8 every day but i generally tend to eat more like 1-7pm
