is this what addiction feels like, /fit/? how do i deal with this? i know that if i go lift today i won't recover in time for mondays workout

i'm not fighting it but how do i control the urge, i know that i'll overtrain for sure if i give in
What do you guys do when the gym is closed? ie: weekends. I normally go for a jog or something like that but I feel like it's not enough.
