Fuck friendos. I had some awkward pickup attempts in the past, but that's one of the worst. I'm not even makign this up. I hope she doesn't report me to the gym staff (this is a university gym, they're super touchy about people talking to the women, something about making women uncomfortable).

Yes, I know I'm an idiot for even trying at the gym. Sometimes I wonder why I even bother talking to women IRL, I've only been laid a bunch of times from tinder and it's infinitely easier than picking up real women.

I can do 10 on the first set but the second and the susequent ones i only manage eight or less.

/fit/ judges it too harshly because they expect to do SS for a year and come out looking like Zyzz.

The book is called STARTING Strength.
It's very good for starting out and getting a good baseline of fitness.
After that, you can go sculpt out an aesthetic body from a solid foundation

How do I fix butt wink on the squat. I just recently fucked my lower back from it qq. When I'm finally back in the gym in like 5 months should I just ditch squats? I can't get anywhere near parallel on the squat without my back going into flexion.

Good news is that you can fix that problem by replacing Squats with Leg Press, and never doing more than 4 plates per side, and staying high rep (10+) and using Deadlifts/Deficit Deadlifts as you main leg movement.

A lot of the value in a home gym isn't comparing monthly cost vs equipment cost divided over time.

It's in savings in time/money with travel/gas/waiting for equipment/comfort.

If you drive 20 miles total to your gym back and forth 4x a week, that's 4,480 miles on your car, 74 hours spent in your car travel after 56 weeks, and $440 in gas.

Halve/quarter those times/costs for however far your gym is and the savings start to really kick in.
