Hey /fit/ I'm about to undergo corrective jaw surgery and in expected to lose about 15-25lbs due to the post-op liquid diet. I can't lift or swim (my main cardio) for three weeks. Anything I can do to not look like a complete skeleton after? Has anyone here undergone something similar? If so, have any meal recommendations so I'm not emaciated while I heal?
