I'm going to stop lifting because of this.

Nobody told me I'd become a Manlet if I started squatting. What can I do to get my height? I have an inversion table would I regain my height if I used it everyday? What about swimming, will swimming elongate my spine so I can be 5'9 again.

“Cardio kills gains” is obviously a meme. However, long cardio sessions are a meme- hence HIIT. I feel like fat loss is plateauing for me (I’m at around 10 percent looking to get into single digits) so my question was, would it be beneficial for me to
>do 30 mins of HIIT cardio every day or
>do 30 mins of HIIT cardio every other day
Too much cardio can obviously put the body in a catabolic state, which I want to avoid. But if I’m keeping it short and eating well, would this matter?
I’m also a skelly if that would factor into a decision.

So I'm posting here on fit for the first time. I'd like to just share my goal with you guys. 2-3 months ago i was a fat piece of shit. Lost like 19kgs in 2 months, and by being a lazy cunt, i just did not eat at all, like i'd eat one day, and would drink nothing but water for 1-2 days.(without having a food)
That's how i did it.
I'm honestly so happy about losing so much weight. Now I'm not ashamed anymore (((kind of)))

And now I'm actually thinking of going to gym and stuff.losing some weight motivated me and forced me to feel the joy of living again! I was so depressed back then, didn't want to do anything at all. Glad everything is in the past, and it's only the beggining
Had to just beat my laziness.
