Is it okay to workout early in the morning. I get up at around 5 for religious stuff on a daily basis and go straight back to sleep until around 9. I was thinking I could do a quick bodyweight workout around this time and sleep as per my usual schedule?

Protein is filling, and sugar actually makes you more hungry. So when you make most of your diet protein (such as you would on a cut) the overall effect is less hunger.

Sup

Just finished my first big tour.
Yeah its not so long but I was never fly into biking.

I finished the 190 km in 2 days with a pace of 14km/h
That's 118 miles and round about 8 mph.

Pic related its my bike.

I'm happy but realy exhausted, do you think I overdid it?

that's... pretty slow. What was the elevation drop?

Not saying I could do much better but I did 95km in a day at a 20 km/h average and some 900m total elevation.

I did this shit in highschool. Before DDR i ran a mile in the fall at 8:30. In the spring, after DDR, I ran a 7:00 mile. It works in the sense that most physical activity does: you have to put the time and effort in.

My gym recently went under renovations - new locker rooms, added a saunas, added pic related as well.

I used to love the monkey bars when i was a kid. The one in my gym has maybe 12 or 14 bars with a slope in the middle (you have to go up then down when you hit the center). The bars are like 10 feet off the floor.

I weigh 220lbs and let me tell you, after two laps (all the way across then turning around) repeated for 3 sets my arms and shoulders were on fire.

Are monkey bars some hidden jewel? Im gonna keep at it till i can do 3 or 4 laps. Only issue is i tore off my deadlift calluses on both my hands :(
