Anybody else have issues with hip/lower back pain from squatting/running?

Would increasing flexibility help prevent future issues like this? Or what exercises/routine should I be doing to prevent hip/lower back/glute injuries in the future?

So fucking tired of waiting for this shit to heal.

Currently 5'9 and 175lbs. Cut down to 175 from 195 in late April. Do I keep cutting or start lean bulking?

My biggest problem isn't not knowing what to do, it's actually doing the work of the program and sticking with it long enough. I know I'm not alone in this.

The problem is showing up day after day.

So I started doing a a lot of running and cut out soda completely this summer and I've lost almost 15 pounds already (was 160, now about 145) and I am now slightly below average in fat which is great but thing is I am on the very low end of weight for a 6'1 male because I lack a lot of muscles in my upper body mainly so I thought I'd start eating more protein in my meals etc. and start doing lifting with my running. My main question is, when to work out after eating? Do I work out immediatly after the meal because I tend to cramp if I do or can I wait an hour or so? I tend to like to work out in the afternoon so will I still get the nutrition to build my muscles from breakfast/lunch? Thanks!

I've always been accepting of steroids and i keep telling myself to train for some more years before jumping on. I don't like them just because of the fact that its too early. I've been training a year and a half.

the other night I had a dream i was in some sort of powerlifting comp that lasted several day and they provided accommodation for competitors. during my stay my roommate offered me roids. for some odd reason they were one of those hardened powder pills. one was a Test pill and the other was dbol. after some thought i broke off part of the dbol pill and injested it. it was a non tested federation. during warm ups all my mates were taking these pills too. it was comfy times with my dream mates.

i woke up wanting roids really bad and felt like i'd just start using them even tho im still early in the iron game.
