Thought I was on the wrong board there for a second
No, you are just a moron for thinking protein is some kind of magical cure for soreness.
Soreness is caused by inflammation.
Are you socially awkward at the gym?
>>42188380
The gym isn't really a social thing for me, I don't go looking for people to talk to
>>42188380
ur supposed to weightlift in the gym and not really socailize too much
OP, you probably look like this.

I knew GOMAD sounded too good to be true. Three months of my life down the shitter and I've got the back problems of an 80 year old!
>>42188379
I'd chalk your problem down to retardation

The SS is a meme meme
caffeine, as a supplement, helps as an appetite suppressant and a performance enhancer during workouts
How do you prefer to get your caffeine? How do you brew? What do you brew? Brands of pills or coffee?
Got a nice cuisinart coffee pot maker. Makes about 5 mugs of coffee. I use Caribou coffee pre grinded bags
>>42188302
Pills on the regular. Cheap as hell
I do drink a lot of coffee when i go to at a coffeeshop near my place to read
Ive got a shitty espresso maker. would love a better one but this one was ~$30 and makes a full mug of espresso in about 3 minutes. I drink it every morning before work.
I am away a lot and I tend to go weeks without taking creatine. Am I still benefitting from it? For example, I was away for 2 weeks, had 1 week back home where I took creatine, and now I'm headed away soon for roughly 2 weeks without creatine. Has anyone also had success with taking creatine onto planes?
Daily reminder to drink more water buddeh
Thasks budda you too
>>42188267
Thanks buddy I haven't forgotten from yesterday's reminder. Upgraded to a 33 oz smart water so I can carry half my recommended water intake on my without looking like a /complete autist/ (not big enough to carry jugs).

>>42188199
>isn't up to date on brap memes
The sound of a nice, wet smelly fart leaving her ass cheeks.
>ywn stick your face into a thicc Amazonian posterior

It's a pick up line that never fails
Got diagnosed like 3 weeks ago. Since I didn't have much great tissue they just recommended lipo. Can I fix the fat deposits with more dieting or something? I'm 5,9 152lbs. Now that I cut from 166 the fat on my nips is more obvious.
if you lose most of your bodyfat, yes
>>42188576
I'm at 12-13% right now so just aim for like 10 or lower I guess?
Check this pic of my dog 15 years ago
If any of you would be so kind I'd like somebody to check my squat form. You can see where my toes are if you look close (just past the line) my knees are going a bit past my toes but I know whether that's bad or not depends on who you ask. My back is a little fucked up (scoliosis) so I recently dropped the weight and been focusing on my form. Thanks! to whoever can prove some insight ;-)

Do you play any sports /fit? What foods are the best to consume after you've played a match?
I usually consume my carbs before a match and eat healthy after (fish and nuts).
I do this with my own logic that sugar is high energy, which I can use to fuel myself during intensive games. I don't really need that afterwards I think. Your thoughts please.
I like to skateboard.
>tfw in the UK most people think its some kind of rebellious teen angst sport
Vid is me.
But yeah eating carbs before is wise, as they will be used to fuel your performance. Protein and fats afterward for the less intensive needs of recovery

At what age did you start?

Best supplement for proven gains? I take ZMA and GABA at night, fish oil throughout the day, creatine + BCAAs during workout, and whey after workout. Seeing ok gains, but feel like more should be happening with my workout intensity and frequency. Thanks...
In a few years, most jobs will be automated and you will become horribly poor.
You will start eating a diet of rice & beans and take to calisthenics instead of weights.
You will loudly proclaim that vegetarianism is superior and that calisthenics are better for you or make you more athletic or whatever, but it's all just rationalization; really you won't want to have to face the fact that you are dirt poor and society doesn't want you.
>42187949
No.
>tfw in theory automation should mean we can all afford to live a life of luxury and leisure but in reality will just mean those who own the means of production control the wealth and those put out of jobs will have nothing.
Almost makes you want to get angry
>>42187978
This. Once automation takes over and most people are not worth employing we either need a steep decline in population or some form of basic income for society.
Hey /fit/ just finally got a gym membership, ive been to the gym before with a friend to determine my pr's because i was bored. 245 diddly, 225 squat, and 155 bench press, what would be a good routine for me at the gym when i start tomorrow?
>>42187945
Depends on your goals.
If you just wanna get stronger, a full body routine like Starting strength or SL5x5 is a good idea.
